Back at it. Up early to get the day started MY way.
Everyone has their "thing" to relieve the stress and anxiety of life and many years ago I reclaimed the morning as my time.
To do whatever is needed to set myself up for a great day. It is not always exactly the same but can consist of drinking water, reading (news, social media, devotionals), gratitude, inspiration, journalling, meditation, yoga/exercise, and sometimes work if that's needed.
Many people thing I'm crazy for getting up 1.5 hours or so before I have to, and well, I think they're crazy for not!
