Even if it's only for 10 minutes. Even if it's only on the walk to and from your car/to work.
Do it, make it deliberate. It's important and so good for the mind and soul.
All you need to do is pay attention and be mindful of the moment.
Look up, look around, observe, take a few deep breaths, and reset.
